PIA CREATOR is software for generating Pilot Install Archive files (PIA) using Palm Pilot files like prc, pqa etc. You can add information (Readme.txt) and license conditions (license.txt), which will be shown to the user during the Installation to PalmOS devices.

There are no limits in using the software and distributing the generated pia-files.
